As a **Java Programming Trainer**, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive training to students on Java programming concepts. You will mentor students, ensure they acquire practical skills, and prepare them for real-world development scenarios.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Deliver in-depth training sessions on Core Java, Advanced Java, and related frameworks (e.g., Spring, Hibernate).
- Create and maintain structured course materials, including lecture notes, presentations, and hands-on exercises.
- Teach essential concepts such as Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), Multithreading, Exception Handling, and File I/O.
- Conduct regular assessments, quizzes, and assignments to evaluate student progress.
- Provide career-oriented advice, including interview preparation and portfolio building.
- Stay updated on the latest Java trends, tools, and best practices to incorporate into training sessions.
- Foster a collaborative and interactive learning environment to engage students effectively.

**Required Skills**:

- Proficiency in Core and Advanced Java, with hands-on experience in frameworks like Spring, Hibernate, and JavaFX.
- Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and design patterns.
- Excellent teaching and presentation skills with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
- Familiarity with development tools such as Eclipse, IntelliJ IDEA, Maven, and Gradle.
- Experience with database integration using JDBC or JPA.
- Problem-solving and debugging expertise.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-5 years of experience in Java development and/or teaching.
- Relevant certifications such as Oracle Certified Java Programmer (OCJP) are a plus.

**Preferred Traits**:

- Passion for teaching and mentoring students.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to customize teaching strategies to suit different learning styles.

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
