
Field Sales Executive

Identify and approach potential clients such as hardware dealers, construction companies, contractors, and industrial units
- Demonstrate product features and provide technical knowledge about power tools
- Conduct regular field visits to generate leads and close sales deals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers
- Meet monthly sales targets and provide detailed market feedback
- Coordinate with the sales team and technical team for order fulfillment and service support
- Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate records of client interactions
**Requirements**:
- 1-3 years of experience in field sales, preferably in hardware, tools, or industrial products
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Basic computer literacy (MS Office, CRM tools)
- Valid driver’s license and own two-wheeler (preferred)
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹9,809.39 - ₹31,423.46 per month
