Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges.
- Create engaging content, including website copy, blog posts, social media updates, presentations, and other marketing collateral.
- Manage social media platforms and online communities, engaging with followers and building brand loyalty.
- Track and analyze marketing campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Support sales teams by providing them with the necessary marketing materials and tools.
- Stay abreast of the latest marketing trends and technologies.
- Contribute to the development and execution of marketing strategies for new product launches and promotions.
- Coordinate with external agencies and vendors as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- MBA in Marketing (Freshers are encouraged to apply)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with social media marketing and content management systems
- Knowledge of graphic design and video editing tools is a plus
- Passion for marketing and a desire to learn and grow
