**Key Responsibilities**
- Deliver comprehensive lessons on Current Affairs, History, Geography, Polity, Economy, Science & Technology, Environment & Ecology, and other GS topics.
- Stay abreast of national and international events; integrate up-to-date affairs into daily teaching.
- Develop, update, and provide high-quality notes, presentations, quizzes, and mock tests.
- Conduct regular assessments, analyze performance, and offer targeted feedback.
- Collaborate with academic coordinators to refine curriculum and exam strategies.
- Mentor and motivate students to excel in competitive exams and cultivate a habit of lifelong learning.

**Required Qualifications & Skills**
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Social Sciences, Political Science, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of teaching experience, with a proven track record in competitive exam coaching.
- Deep understanding of exam patterns and question trends for Sainik School, RMS, and RIMC entrances.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and classroom-management skills.
- Proficiency in sourcing and curating current-affairs content from reputed publications.
- Ability to produce ready-to-use teaching materials and mock-test series.
- Those with prior experience coaching GS for defence-entrance exams.
- Individuals who can join within a short notice period.
