**Job Purpose**:
To assess, diagnose, and treat patients with physical difficulties resulting from illness, injury, disability, or aging. The physiotherapist aims to restore movement and function, relieve pain, and prevent further injury by implementing evidence-based treatment plans.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients’ physical conditions.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on diagnosis and patient goals.
- Deliver treatments using physical methods such as manual therapy, exercise therapy, electrotherapy, and other modalities.
- Monitor patient progress, evaluate outcomes, and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
- Educate patients and their families on conditions, rehabilitation plans, and preventive strategies.
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes.
- Collaborate with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic patient care.
- Ensure safe use of physiotherapy equipment and maintain hygiene and safety protocols.
- Participate in case discussions, department meetings, and continuous education programs.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Physiotherapy ( BPT )
- Registered with a recognized Physiotherapy Council (if applicable)
- Minimum 2 years of clinical experience (customizable based on seniority)
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and rehabilitation techniques
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and patient-handling skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Basic computer skills for documentation and reporting

**Preferred Experience**:

- Exposure to [e.g., orthopedic, neurological, pediatric, sports rehabilitation] cases
- Experience working in hospital, clinic, or rehabilitation settings

**Working Conditions**:

- May involve standing for long hours and physical effort in assisting patients
- Requires a compassionate and patient-focused approach

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
