Define Aesthetics, a renowned clinic specializing in weight loss, skin care, and aesthetic treatments, is seeking a skilled and dedicated Therapist to join our team. The Therapist will play a vital role in delivering non-surgical treatments and ensuring a seamless experience for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Treatment Administration:

- Perform weight loss and skin treatments using advanced equipment and techniques offered by the clinic.
- Ensure safe, effective, and professional service delivery for all clients.

2. Client Management:

- Take full responsibility for clients from the start to the completion of their treatment plans, ensuring exceptional customer service.
- Build strong relationships with clients to foster trust and satisfaction.
- Schedule, confirm, and manage client appointments efficiently.
- Handle cancellations and reschedules in coordination with the Center Manager to optimize the appointment calendar.

3. Record Keeping:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client treatments.
- Track treatment progress and provide timely updates to the Center Manager when necessary.

4. Stock Management:

- Monitor stock levels at the clinic, ensuring accurate records of incoming and outgoing inventory.
- Collaborate with the Center Manager to forecast monthly stock requirements.

5. Client Communication:

- Handle incoming calls, provide accurate information about treatments, and direct inquiries to the appropriate team member when needed.

**Requirements**:

- Prior experience in a similar role is preferred, though training will be provided.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
- Organizational skills to manage appointments and inventory effectively.
- Customer-centric attitude with a passion for helping clients achieve their goals.

Senapati Bapat road in Pune, Maharashtra

Qualification

12th pass or Undergraduate

Experience

0 to 1 years’ experience in aesthetic or obesity field will be preferred.

Salary

Rs.1,50,000 - 1,80,000 CTC ( depending on experience)
