**Full Job Description**

We are looking for a self driven fundraising to raise funds for our organization. The fundraiser's responsibilities include developing fundraising initiatives, attracting sponsors and engaging volunteers, and encouraging support through promotional activities.

You will be required to develop and maintain professional relationships. To be successful as a fundraiser, you should demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills, plus strong leadership qualities. Ultimately, a top-notch fundraiser should be able to perform under pressure, possessing exceptional organizational and presentation skills.

**Fundraiser Responsibilities**:
1.Researching potential sponsors.

2.Writing funding proposals and sending these to potential sponsors.

3.Creating marketing and promotional activities.

4.Developing fundraising events.

5.Maintaining records of sponsors.

6.Organizing campaigns that will lead to donations.

7.Training volunteers.

**Fundraiser Requirements**:
1. Graduate.

2. Experience in a fundraising position.

3. Creativity and persuasion skills.

4. Detail-oriented.

5. Good organizational skills.

6. Strong leadership qualities.

**Experience**:

- 1 -2 years Fundraising Experience

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
