Maharashtra Institute of Dental Sciences & Research, Latur, is a leading healthcare and educational institution dedicated to providing quality education and compassionate patient care. We are expanding our nursing team and looking for committed and professionally trained GNM-qualified male and female nurses (Brothers and Sisters) to join our dynamic and caring workforce.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide day-to-day nursing care to patients as per doctor’s instructions.
- Monitor patient conditions, record vital signs, and update medical records accurately.
- Administer medications and injections as prescribed.
- Assist doctors during medical procedures and examinations.
- Ensure cleanliness, safety, and hygiene in wards and patient areas.
- Respond promptly to emergencies and carry out necessary first aid or CPR.
- Educate patients and families on health maintenance and disease prevention.
- Follow hospital protocols, maintain patient confidentiality, and adhere to ethical nursing practices.
- Support the healthcare team in any additional duties as assigned.

**Eligibility Criteria**:

- **Qualification**: GNM (General Nursing and Midwifery) from a recognized institute.
- **Registration**: Must be registered with the Maharashtra Nursing Council.
- **Experience**: Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience preferred (Freshers may also apply).
- **Skills**: Compassionate nature, good communication skills, patient-focused, and team-oriented.

- Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong understanding of medical terminology and hospital routines.
- Good physical stamina and emotional strength to deal with stressful situations.
- Willingness to learn and work collaboratively with healthcare professionals.
