**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Product Sourcing & Selection**:
- Assist in researching and identifying potential suppliers and vendors.
- Help evaluate new product lines based on market trends, customer preferences, and profitability.
- Participate in meetings to discuss product selection and make recommendations.
- **Purchasing & Ordering**:
- Assist in placing purchase orders based on stock levels, sales forecasts, and trends.
- Track inventory levels and monitor product performance to avoid overstocking or stockouts.
- Liaise with suppliers to confirm orders, delivery schedules, and pricing.
- **Vendor Relations**:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers.
- Assist with negotiations for pricing, delivery schedules, and terms of sale.
- Communicate issues or discrepancies related to products, orders, or deliveries.
- **Inventory Management**:
- Monitor stock levels and collaborate with the inventory team to ensure optimal stock.
- Assist in planning and implementing markdowns or promotions to move slow-selling items.
- Help manage reordering processes to avoid product shortages or excess stock.
- **Sales Support & Product Knowledge**:
- Work with sales teams to ensure they are fully briefed on product features, pricing, and availability.
- Support with visual merchandising and product displays based on seasonal trends and sales objectives.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹42,147.20 per month
