**Key Responsibilities**:
- Interact with customers in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring their needs are addressed promptly and effectively.
- Maintain up-to-date records of project work statuses, ensuring accurate and timely updates to relevant Clients.
- Handle client inquiries with clarity and patience, providing accurate information and addressing concerns.
- Assist in drafting licensing documents, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and adherence to legal requirements.
- Exhibit strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to facilitate effective internal and external communication.
- Demonstrate the ability to manage tasks and priorities in a dynamic work environment.
- Utilize your background in commerce to understand project requirements and contribute to project-related decisions.
**Qualifications**:
- A background in commerce or related field is preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage professionally with clients and team members.
- Proficiency in basic Excel functions for data management.
- Proven ability to manage tasks efficiently and meet deadlines.
- Quick learner with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Demonstrated smart and active engagement in work responsibilities.
- Willingness to undergo training provided by the company.
**Salary**: ₹9,757.87 - ₹13,752.87 per month
