Accounts Executive from Manufacturing Industry is preferred.

Minimum 2yrs experience required.

**Responsibilities**
- **Invoice Bill Booking and verification.**
- Review and verify vendor invoices for accuracy and completeness.
- Match invoices with purchase orders and receiving reports.
- Code invoices to appropriate general ledger accounts.
- Enter invoices into the accounting system.
- **Payment Processing**:

- Prepare and process payments to vendors.
- Ensure timely and accurate payment processing.
- Respond to vendor inquiries and resolve payment issues.
- **Other duties**:

- Reconcile vendor statements periodically to ensure accurate accounting.
- Identify and resolve discrepancies.
- Provide support for audits and tax filings.
- Identify opportunities to streamline and improve the accounts payable process.
- Implement new processes and procedures to increase efficiency.

**Qualifications & Preferences**
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 1+ years of experience in accounts payable or related field.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Navision, SAP, tally etc).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of tax regulations and compliance requirements, GST reconciliations.

Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹370,000.00 per year
