**Team Management**:

- Supervise and lead a team of housekeeping staff
- Schedule and assign tasks to ensure efficient coverage and completion of daily cleaning responsibilities.
- Conduct regular training sessions to ensure that staff members are well-versed in cleaning procedures, safety protocols, and customer service standards.
- **Quality Control**:

- Inspect and evaluate the cleanliness of rooms, common areas, and other designated spaces to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
- Address and rectify any deficiencies or issues identified during inspections.
- Ensure that all cleaning supplies and equipment are in good working condition.
- **Inventory Management**:

- Oversee the inventory of cleaning supplies and linens, and coordinate with the purchasing department for replenishment.
- Monitor and control the usage of cleaning products to minimize waste and control costs.
- **Customer Service**:

- Interact with guests or clients to address any specific housekeeping-related requests or concerns.
- Ensure that the housekeeping staff provides a friendly and professional service to guests, maintaining a positive image for the establishment.
- **Scheduling and Budgeting**:

- Create and manage work schedules, taking into account peak occupancy periods and special events.
- Assist in budget planning by providing input on staffing needs, equipment requirements, and other housekeeping-related expenses.
- **Health and Safety Compliance**:

- Implement and enforce health and safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment for housekeeping staff and guests.
- Train staff on proper handling and disposal of cleaning chemicals and adherence to safety regulations.
- **Reporting and Documentation**:

- Prepare regular reports on housekeeping activities, staff performance, and any issues requiring attention.
- Maintain records of cleaning schedules, inventory, and staff attendance.
- **Collaboration**:

- Collaborate with other departments, such as front office and maintenance, to ensure seamless operations and address cross-functional issues.

The Housekeeping Supervisor plays a crucial role in upholding the cleanliness and overall guest satisfaction within an establishment, contributing significantly to its reputation and success.

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
