Mechnical Supervisor

**Job Title**: Mechanical Engineer - Factory Supervisor (Fabrication & Contractual Work)**Job Location**:

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise fabrication, assembly, and production activities on the shop floor.
- Coordinate with contractors, technicians, and labor teams to ensure smooth execution of work.
- Maintain quality and safety standards in the manufacturing process.
- Monitor machine operations and resolve technical issues promptly.
- Ensure timely delivery of project milestones and maintain progress reports.
- Liaise with the N.S. Road office for planning, scheduling, and material management.
- Prepare daily/weekly reports on project status and manpower utilization.

**Required Qualifications**:

- Diploma or B.Tech/B.E. in Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum **2-5 years** of experience in fabrication work, production supervision, or factory management.
- Hands-on knowledge of mechanical drawings, tools, materials, and shop-floor equipment.
- Experience in handling contractual projects or working with fabrication vendors is a plus.

- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and production planning
- Familiarity with safety standards and compliance

**Working Hours**:
Monday to Saturday | 9:00 AM - 6:30 PM
(Occasional overtime based on project deadlines)

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
