Student Services Officer

**ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Review and process cases, statuses and requests for the University’s students
- Review and update records via CRM database
- Thoroughly understand the UoPeople organization’s requirements and protocols
- Assess each and every students and applicants’ records individually, without partially
**REQUIEREMENTS**:
- Bachelor’s degree completed
- Fluent English
- Experience with CRM software (advantage)
- Experience working in an academic environment, especially with university admissions (advantage)
**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 per month
Schedule:
