**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Content Delivery**:

- Teach NEET-level Biology concepts with clarity, ensuring students grasp complex topics.
- Provide in-depth coverage of NCERT content and additional reference material as required.
- Utilize visual aids, presentations, and innovative teaching techniques to simplify concepts like genetics, physiology, evolution, and biotechnology.
- **Exam Preparation**:

- Conduct rigorous NEET-oriented coaching with a focus on problem-solving and conceptual clarity.
- Prepare students for high-stakes tests by conducting mock exams, practice tests, and previous year question paper discussions.
- Provide targeted coaching for weak areas and high-yield NEET topics.
- **Classroom and Online Teaching**:

- Deliver lessons both in physical classrooms and virtual environments (if required).
- Use modern tools like digital whiteboards, PowerPoint, and online test series for an engaging learning experience.
- **Resource Development**:

- Develop NEET-focused Biology study material, notes, and question banks.
- Design chapter-wise, unit-wise, and full-length test papers as per NEET exam patterns.
- **Mentorship and Guidance**:

- Motivate and mentor students, fostering confidence and a positive attitude toward Biology and the NEET exam.
- Address doubts and provide one-on-one support to students struggling with specific concepts.
- **Tracking and Reporting**:

- Regularly assess student performance and provide feedback to students and parents.
- Maintain progress reports and suggest improvement strategies.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹55,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month

- Ahmednagar, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (preferred)
