**So, what are we looking for?**

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused **On-Site Technical Support Specialist** for a **contract role**to provide expert support for audiovisual (AV) systems, video conferencing, and live events. This role requires strong **problem-solving abilities**, the ability to work independently or as part of a team, and **effective communication** with clients and stakeholders.

**_What are your responsibilities?_**
- Act as the primary AV contact, supporting meetings and events.
- Set up, configure, and troubleshoot audiovisual equipment for live events.
- Provide real-time technical support and resolve service tickets.
- Perform system upgrades, maintenance, and preventative care.
- Maintain and organize AV equipment, ensuring presentation spaces are functional.
- Recommend upgrades and improvements for AV systems.
- Follow defined client processes for ordering and replenishing conference room equipment.
- Engage with facilities personnel when additional setup or cleanup is required.
- Other tasks as assigned.

- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or within a team.
- Proficiency in AV control systems, network connectivity, and system diagnostics.
- Familiarity with Logitech devices and Microsoft Teams Rooms.
- Experience in managing live events and providing on-site technical support.
- Customer service and solid communication skills are a must
