**Responsibilities**
- Create content strategies and content creation SOPs for the organization.
- Present concepts, storyboards & scripts in visually compelling decks to senior management for creative review & approval
- Curate various types of content such as blog posts, web content, newsletters, audio/video content, infographics as well as technical content for the products/services.
- Review and proofread content written by Content Creators, Content Writers, and other members of the relevant team.
- Coordinate multimedia projects from start to finish.
- Work within CMS to make sure that the content is properly cataloged and accessible to our platform.
- Oversee sharing of content across various marketing campaigns, social media promotions and business development efforts.
- Stay up to date with various methods to create engaging and attractive content.
- Generate ideas around industry-related trending topics and nurture brand awareness.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Journalism, Mass Communication, or related field.
- 5 years of professional experience working as a Content Strategist, Content Creator, or a similar position.
- Professional certifications like Content Strategy Training, Content Strategy for Professionals, etc will be preferred.
- Proven track record / portfolio of projects from concept to completion.
- Excellent knowledge of Content Management systems
- Strong understanding and knowledge of HTML and CSS and of SEO Principles.
- Strong interpersonal skills, team building and collaboration.
- Excellent planning and organization skills and phenomenal research skills.
- Highly productive and creative writing skills and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task, set priorities and juggle several workloads.
- Creative problem-solving skills and work well in a fast paced start up environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹14,247.10 - ₹57,396.25 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bangalore, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
