**Key Responsibilities**:

- Deliver engaging and interactive English language lessons focusing on reading, writing, listening, and speaking.
- Design and implement lesson plans that cater to various learning styles and levels.
- Foster a love for reading through storytelling, phonics, and guided reading sessions.
- Use formative and summative assessments to monitor student progress and adjust instruction accordingly.
- Integrate grammar and vocabulary development seamlessly into lessons.
- Create a positive, inclusive, and nurturing classroom environment.
- Encourage language development through games, group activities, and project-based learning.
- Maintain regular communication with parents regarding student performance and development.
- Participate in school events, workshops, and training sessions.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in English or relevant field.
- B.Ed. or equivalent teaching qualification (mandatory).
- 2-3 years of experience teaching English at the primary level, preferably in a CBSE/International curriculum setting.
- Strong command of English - both written and spoken.
- Familiarity with phonics, reading programs, and student-centered learning methods.
