**Required Skills / Abilities**
- Fluency in Malayalam and English ( Hindi is an advantage ).
- Bachelors degree in Human Resource, Business Administration or any other equivalent field.
- Willing to relocate and work from office.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask.
- Start-up experience can be added as an advantage.

**Duties and responsibilities**
- Understand the current hiring strategies from different clients to tailor the approach accordingly.
- Build relation with different IT companies in the industry.
- Keep an update on current market trends to fulfil the client’s hiring needs.
- Generate new leads and clients using the network of contact.
- In-house HR duties and company operations.

**Salary**: From ₹30,000.00 per month
