1. Pre
- Sales Activity (Execution part) : Technical support to Sales team during pre-Sales stage to convert customer query/Tender in to firm order. Work order releasing in system and circulate to concern departments for further process. Co-ordination with Engineering team to get technical compliances, Drawing for customer approval, co-ordination with R & D if required. Get the drawing approval from customer (V2) to take up production planning from PMG group. Take up production, inspection & Dispatch planning with PMG group as per sales /Customer requirements. Handle the customer queries during inspection with respect to received order Vs provided solution, if any come across. Dispatch /Revenue details sharing with management after confirming with Sales team. Sharing knowledge of New development /Requirement of customer with R &D /Engineering team to compete our product in market.
2. Post Sales - CSD responsibility with all respect. Responsible to achieve targeted UP -TIME guarantee as per sales commitments. Responsible to achieve CSI. Responsible to achieve MTTF, MTBF. Responsible to achieve safety at site. Responsible to delivered timely and quality solution to every customer. Responsible to maintain team work and satisfy the inter department relationship.
3. Plan, direct, and monitor the activities of sales team for Solar BU to achieve established sales targets.. To maximise the performance and strengthen the market presence of solar products. To achieve the overall targeted top line & bottom line. To help position the branches as ‘Profit Centres’.
