R&d Chemist

Job Responsibilities:

- Conducting experiments and analyzing data to develop new chemical products and improve existing ones.
- Designing and executing experiments to develop and optimize chemical synthesis processes.
- Conducting literature reviews to stay up-to-date on the latest developments in the field and identify potential research opportunities.
- Developing and maintaining laboratory procedures and protocols to ensure consistent and accurate results.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop new products and improve existing ones.
- Writing technical reports and presenting findings to management and stakeholders.
- Managing projects and ensuring that timelines and milestones are met.
- Maintaining a safe and clean laboratory environment by adhering to laboratory protocols and safety procedures.
- Training and mentoring junior team members.

Job Requirements:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a research and development environment.
- MSc in Chemistry or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience with chemical synthesis, characterization, and analysis.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to develop innovative solutions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in using laboratory equipment and software for data analysis.
- Knowledge of laboratory safety procedures and protocols.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately record and interpret experimental data.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
