**Job Title: Telecaller (Outbound Voice Process - Sales)**

**Work Hours: Night shift (8:30 PM to 5:30 AM), Monday - Friday**

**Salary - 18k to 35k (US Shift)**

**Job Summary**:
We are hiring energetic and persuasive Telecallers to join our vibrant

team. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for generating leads and

driving sales of our industry-relevant eLearning courses. This is an

excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a customer-centric,

fast-paced sales environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce Edtia’s

eLearning programs.
- Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions aligned with

their career goals.
- Generate leads by identifying decision-makers and scheduling

follow-up calls or demos.
- Maintain and update the prospective client database through CRM

tools.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets for lead generation and

sales.
- Address customer queries with professionalism and ensure a

seamless experience.
- Collaborate with the sales team to refine lead generation and

conversion strategies.
- Stay informed about EdTech trends, product updates, and

competitors’ offerings.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Compensation Package:

- Bonus pay
- Commission pay
- Performance bonus

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- US shift
