Telemarketer

We are seeking a results-driven Telemarketing Representative to generate leads and sales through outbound calling. The Telemarketing Representative will be responsible for contacting potential customers, introducing our company and products/services, and securing appointments and sales.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to introduce our products/services and generate leads.
- Use scripts and other resources to effectively communicate the benefits of our products/services.
- Qualify leads and set appointments for the sales team to follow up on.
- Meet and exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
- Use customer relationship management (CRM) software to track leads and sales.
- Continuously update product knowledge and industry trends.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Attend training and team meetings as required.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of experience in telemarketing or a related field.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle rejection.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Positive attitude and professional demeanor.
