**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Execute and optimize digital marketing campaigns, including SEO (on-page and off-page), Meta Ads, and Google Ads.
- Ensure continuous improvement in search rankings and ad performance.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their needs, managing expectations, and delivering outstanding service.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients by consistently exceeding their expectations.
- Train and mentor interns and students, ensuring they develop strong digital marketing skills.
- Provide guidance and support to team members, fostering a collaborative and productive environment.
- Lead the digital marketing team to achieve departmental goals.
- Maintain and improve internal processes, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in all reports.
- Meet or exceed targets set for the digital marketing department within specified deadlines.
- Continuously strive to surpass client expectations through innovative and effective marketing strategies.

- Successful execution and optimization of digital marketing campaigns.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in digital marketing, including SEO, Meta Ads, and Google Ads.
- Strong command of the English language, both written and verbal.
- Experience in client coordination and management.
- Leadership skills with experience in training, mentoring, and team management.
- Ability to maintain processes and meet targets within deadlines.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Creative thinking with a passion for exceeding client expectations.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
