**Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain financial products. - Build rapport and maintain positive relationships with customers.
- Achieve monthly targets and maintain customer satisfaction.
- Provide accurate information to customers about products.
- Record customer details and maintain database.
- Collaborate with team members and management to achieve organizational goals. Requirements:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Prior experience in finance, specifically in calling for investment, loans, and credit cards. - Knowledge of financial products.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and achieve targets.
- Good negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Basic computer skills.
- **Minimum educational qualification**: Graduation

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

**Benefits**:

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

- Bachelor's (preferred)
