**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to understand project requirements and objectives.
- Create visually appealing and on-brand graphics for various platforms, including digital and print media.
- Utilize Photoshop and CorelDRAW to design and edit images, illustrations, and layouts.
- Conceptualize and execute engaging designs for marketing materials, social media content, presentations, and more.
- Ensure that all designs align with brand guidelines and effectively communicate the intended message.
- Stay updated on design trends, tools, and technologies to bring fresh and innovative ideas to the team.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather feedback and make necessary adjustments to designs.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a portfolio showcasing previous work.
- 6 months to 1 year of hands-on experience with Photoshop and CorelDRAW.
- Strong understanding of design principles, color theory, and typography.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and contribute innovative ideas.
- Time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field is a plus.
