**Job Title**: Villa Attendant / Housekeeper / Caretaker

**Location**: Jaipur, Kukas

**Accommodation**: Provided at the property

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of all guest rooms, common areas, and outdoor spaces.
- Perform daily housekeeping duties, including dusting, vacuuming, making beds, laundry, and bathroom sanitation.
- Ensure the villa is always in pristine condition, following high hospitality standards.
- Clean and maintain the swimming pool, ensuring water quality and cleanliness.
- Assist guests with their needs, providing exceptional customer service.
- Handle check-ins and check-outs smoothly, ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Report any maintenance issues or damages to management promptly.
- Safeguard the villa’s assets and ensure the security of guests and property.
- Maintain stock of cleaning supplies and report replenishment needs.
- Assist in light gardening and outdoor upkeep as required.
- Follow all safety and hygiene protocols.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in housekeeping, villa management, or a similar role in the hospitality industry.
- Knowledge of swimming pool cleaning and basic maintenance.
- Ability to handle guest interactions professionally and courteously.
- Presentable, well-groomed, and professional demeanor.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility in work hours, including weekends and holidays, as per operational needs.
- Basic knowledge of English and Hindi preferred.
