Experienced and highly motivated Project Manager to oversee the Supply, Installation, Testing & commissioning of diesel / Gas generators. The Project Manager will be responsible for ensuring the successful planning, execution, and completion of generator installation projects, ensuring adherence to budget, timeline, quality, and safety standards. The role requires coordination with multiple stakeholders, including internal teams, contractors, vendors, and clients to ensure that the power infrastructure is installed and commissioned efficiently to meet operational requirements.

Internship Program - Key opportunities and responsibilities
- Work in energy systems, controls, software in loop (SIL), hardware in loop (HIL), IOT and diagnostics.
- Collaboration with colleagues from power generation, power electronics, engine management and testing. The work areas could encompass marine, rail or power generation.
- You will be utilizing the skills in Simulation Tool chain, developing knowledge using communication protocols - CAN, LIN, Ethernet, XCP.
- Involved in design of test cases including implementation of test scripts for test automation, and methodology for embedded devices and systems. This will include development of test bench setup for ECU diagnostics testing. Industry 4.0 practice for Electrical Design.
- Market research for best practices followed in industry for the assignments/projects executed in RRPS
- Extrapolate and perform trend analysis to analyze future growth opportunities
- Process excellence ideas for current work practices

Role Requirements
- Simplify the knowledge bank for knowledge retention
- Excellent research and writing skills
- Analytical thinking and good in problem solving.
- Python, C, C++
- Bachelor’s in Electronics / Computer Engineering or equivalent.
- Proficient with basic concepts of Electronic Engineering / Software Engineering
- Relevant thesis/project in Embedded / Electronics / Software.
- Some understanding of Diesel Engine and power products

Location - Pune
