Position Title : Google Ads - Trainee

Department : Digital Marketing

Location : Noida

Reporting : Digital Marketing Manager

Stipend : 10k

Minimum CTC : 20k CTC pm (Only after completion of 6 months of training period)

Employment Bond : 18 months with surety amount.

**Job Summary**:
As a Google Ads - Trainee, you will be responsible in assisting the Google Ads campaigns of our clients to achieve their marketing goals. This is an entry-level position for the individuals with a passion for digital marketing and a desire to learn and grow in the field.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the creation, management, and optimization of Google Ads campaigns.
- Conduct keyword research to identify relevant keywords for campaigns.
- Write compelling ad copy and create engaging ad creatives.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments to improve results.
- Generate regular reports on campaign performance and provide insights and recommendations.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in Google Ads and digital marketing.
- Assist with the marketing team to align campaigns with overall marketing strategies.
- Provide support in managing budgets and ensuring efficient allocation of ad spend.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Certification in Digital Marketing from a well reputed institution/ college.
- Basic understanding of Google Ads and digital marketing concepts.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
