- Prepare detailed design of each project in time and get it approved. Provide Civil, Wall measurement layout with proper details to management for BOQ.
- Finalize completion date of project
- Design has to be arranged in a proper manner
- Finalize list and quantity of material required as per design
- Visit sites as and when required for detail and status of work.
- Prepare layout and get it approved from the management
- 4 BHK layout and detailed drawing to be completed within 5 days. All possible help (beyond office hours) shall be provided for the same. All projects need to be completed as per deadlines.
- Come up with new concepts. Should have in depth knowledge of the detailing.
- Coordinating with onsite supervisor/agency for any query for any query related to drawing
- If required, visit site to explain the drawing.
- Coordinate with workshop agencies if they have any query
- Selection of material within budget and if any changes required, take an approval.
- Ensure that site work cannot suffer due to detailing.
- Design related MOM to be shared to the project group
- Prospective clients MOM and requirement details should be maintained in respective excel sheets.
- Project drawing schedule to be updated on daily basis and report to the management on regular basis.
- Excellent proficiency level in AUTOCAD 2D and 3D along with Google Sketch up with rendering.
