Position: BIM Modeler

**Total Experience**: 0 to 3 years

**Qualification**: Bachelor of Technology / Engineering - Civil Engineering./ B.Arch
- **3D BIM Model Creation**: Develop highly accurate 3D BIM models for projects of varying sizes and complexities.
- **Plan and Detail Development**: Generate plans, sections, elevations, and detailed production drawings from 3D BIM models, ensuring they meet design standards and practices.
- **Annotation and Dimensioning**: Clearly annotate, dimension, and detail production drawings.
- **Geo-location and Setup**: Set up and geo-locate multiple models for individual projects.
- **Rendering and Visualization**: Create 3D views or renderings for marketing or project purposes as needed.
- **Advanced Tools Utilization**: Utilize advanced tools such as Civil 3D, Navisworks, and Infraworks for multidisciplinary project collaboration within a BIM environment.
- **Client Interaction**: Coordinate with clients to align BIM modeling content and approaches, manage model exchanges, ensure quality control, and oversee delivery.
- **Construction Drawings**: Work on construction drawings for Architectural, Civil, and Structural projects.
- **Offshore Project Experience**: Experience working on offshore projects, including those in Australia, the US, and the UK.
- **Best Practices Development**: Contribute to the continuous development of BIM best practices.
- **General Arrangement Drawings and Material Take-Offs**: Prepare and review all types of general arrangement drawings, 3D models in Revit, material take-offs, etc.
- **BIM Execution Plan Adherence**: Follow the BIM execution plan and project workflow criteria.
- **Client Requirements Communication**: Communicate client requirements and methodologies effectively.
- **Software Proficiency**: Ability to use AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM standards for 3D modeling, layouts, labeling, dimensioning, sheet layout, design details, and other design concepts.
- **Civil 3D & Revit**: Proficient in using Civil 3D and Revit.
- **Drawing and Model Interpretation**: Ability to read and interpret 2D and 3D BIM drawings and models to assist in solving engineering problems.
- **LOD Knowledge**: Knowledge of Levels of Development (LOD) 100 to 350.
- **Team Collaboration**: Commitment to work as part of a design team focused on project delivery.
- **Multi-Discipline Project Understanding**: Good understanding and knowledge of multi-discipline projects.
- **Communication Skills**: Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹38,000.00 per month
