**Missions**:

- Blocking and unblocking modules in the IPST system.
- Manually launch customer orders.
- Pallet organization and transport preparation as well as system closure.
- Declaration of personnel and equipment on IPST system.
- Ensure the availability of material in the chains and the Pufferlager.
- Collaboration with the center (DRX User Service / 7x24) when processing the sudden system failure that will block the manufacturing process.
- Daily control of customer orders.
- Control the quality of the interventions.
- Content control of the IPST system.
- Ensure the proper use of the MTO and MES-Eff production management software.
- Inform his / her supervisor of any problems involved in production.
- Establish an action plan for different failures during production.
- Organize inspection and control tours of the electrical harness manufacturing process.
- Ensure the planning of the KSK Exports.
- Assignment of Transport numbers.
- Programming the "Band optimirung".
- Realization and sending export lists.
- Responsible for logistics environmental aspects.
- Integrate occupational safety and health requirements into business processes..
- Ensure and promote continuous improvement.
- Ensure that the organization establishes and implements a consultation and worker participation process.
- Support the creation and operation of health and safety committees.

**Profil**:
**Specialized knowledge / education**:

- Higher Bac +3.
- Expert in IPST.
- Expert in DRX Systems(Mes, IPST, AVAS, HOST).
- Expert in Microsoft Office.
- Expert in LEAN-Management.
- Group problem solving: 8D, Q-Sys.

**Work experience**:

- Knowledge in the field of wiring.
- Know how to improve manufacturing processes.
- English / French.

**Additional knowledge**:

- Concept of Stock Management.
- Know the environmental policy.
- Active participation in the reduction of environmental costs such as, energy consumption, water, paper, copper...
- Commitment to operational control over waste sorting, control of environmental aspects and response to emergencies.
- Basic Training IATF16949.
- Ensure that EHS policy and objectives are established.
- Piloting an EHS management system.
- Prevent health and safety risks at work.
- Set EHS targets.
- Ensure information, awareness and training tasks in the HSE field.
- Identify environmental aspects and assess NESS-related risks.
- Identify the applicable regulatory texts on the site and ensure their compliance.
- Assess HSE management system performance.
- Ensure compliance with the regulatory requirements of the HSE system.
- Contribute to the identification of environmental aspects and the assessment of risks related to safety and health at work.
- Tracking actions from CSST meetings.
- Investigate every serious work-related accident or occupational illness and propose the necessary measures to control its causes.
