**About Us**:
Founded in 1981 and registered as a society, Kalyanam Karoti (NGO) is a grassroots implementation agency, committed to eradication of Blindness, Rehabilitation of Physically and intellectually incapacitate by providing free Aids and appliances, Polio Surgery and Teaching, Training, treatment & facility of special school, etc. Similar help has also been made available to deaf and dumb, Cerebral palsy, autistic children and the Aged since its establishment. As we expand our reach and impact, we are looking for an exceptional CFO to join our leadership team.

**Position**: Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide strategic financial leadership and drive the financial planning and analysis process. Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting to ensure accuracy and transparency. Manage investment strategies and financial risk management.
- Lead financial decision-making by providing data-driven insights to support growth initiatives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence and efficiency. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting requirements.

**Qualifications**:

- Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a CFO or in a senior financial leadership role.
- Strong financial acumen and ability to align financial strategies with organizational goals.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in financial software and tools.
