**Role Overview**:
MarketStar is seeking a creative and enthusiastic Graphic Designer to join our team. As a Graphic Designer, you will support the Client’s team in creating visual assets for presentations, and sales collateral. This entry-level position is ideal for recent graduates or individuals with limited professional experience in graphic design who are passionate about visual storytelling and eager to learn and grow in a dynamic environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the design and production of visual assets, Logos, digital graphics, illustrations, infographics, presentations, newsletters and print materials.
- Work closely with the client’s strategy team to understand project requirements and contribute creative ideas and concepts.
- Create mock-ups and simple designs to visualize concepts and communicate ideas effectively.
- Follow brand guidelines and maintain brand consistency across all design assets and materials.
- Decode and deconstruct briefs into visually appealing presentations & decks.
- Utilize graphic design tools and software to develop & create custom PowerPoint Presentations & Templates
- Create executive presentations that visually communicate a compelling story.
- Own the production of presentations for pitches for internal meetings, Webinars, Seminars, Events & more.
- Assist in managing design projects, organizing files, and meeting deadlines with attention to detail and quality.Collaborate with team members to review and provide feedback on design work, and iterate on designs based on feedback and direction.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field (or currently enrolled in a relevant program).
- Proven experience designing visually appealing Powerpoint presentations for senior executives, pitches for internal/external meetings, webinars, seminars, events & more.
- 1 - 2 years of experience in graphic design, with an understanding of design principles and proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

**Must Have Skills**:

- Understanding of design principles and proficiency in graphic design software.
- Excellent in MS Power Point.
- Great comprehension skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment and take direction from stakeholders.
- Passion for design and eagerness to learn and develop new skills in a fast-paced, creative environment.
- Ability to understand stakeholders business objectives, needs and requirements quickly.
- Detail-oriented with a desire to produce high-quality work and contribute to the success of the team.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
