1. Defining the SW Components
2. Experience in interaction with other teams
3. Good to have E2E Architect knowledge, Cross System, Cross Domain SW
4. Architecture Design - design the architect model and SW components using tools/methodologies like state chart diagram
5. To understand the static and dynamic behavior of the system
6. Requirement management experience such as DOORS, JIRA, IBM DOORS etc..
7. To have more Android/Linux/High level OS experience
8. Good to have overall knowledge on MW services, HAL, Kernel, Synchronization mechanism, etc.
9. Good SW developer background such as C++, C ,Java
