Sales Officer

**MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN FMCG**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain relationships with retailers, distributors, and wholesalers in the assigned area.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Ensure product availability and visibility at all retail points.
- Execute product launches, promotions, and merchandising activities.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
- Collect customer feedback and market intelligence to support business development.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports to the Sales Manager.
- Manage inventory levels and coordinate timely deliveries with the logistics team.
- **Qualifications & Skills**:

- 1-3 years of sales experience in the FMCG sector preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned region.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
