Detailed JD:
1. Test Strategy and Planning
-   Test Planning: Define and manage test plans, ensuring that test objectives, strategies, scope, and deliverables are clear and achievable.
-   Tool Selection: Evaluate and select appropriate tools and frameworks for test automation based on project requirements and existing technology stack (e.g., Selenium, Cucumber, Rest Assured etc.).
2. Test Design and Development
-   Test Scripts Development: Write, maintain, and optimize test scripts for both Pega (using Pega-specific tools or general automation tools) and React (using tools like Selenium, Java, Cucumber etc.).
-   Reusable Components: Develop reusable and modular test components to enhance efficiency and reduce maintenance effort.

3. Quality Assurance and Testing
-   Integration Testing: Ensure integration tests are thorough and validate the interactions between Pega and React components.
-   Regression Testing: Implement and maintain automated regression test suites to ensure existing functionality remains unaffected by new changes.

4. Collaboration and Communication
-   Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with developers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to understand requirements, provide feedback, and ensure alignment on testing strategies.
-   Knowledge Sharing: Mentor and guide testers in Agile teams, promoting best practices and continuous improvement in test automation processes.
-   Reporting: Provide clear and concise reports on test results, coverage, and overall quality status to project stakeholders.

5. Continuous Improvement
-   Process Improvement: Continuously assess and improve testing processes, incorporating feedback, new tools, and industry best practices.
-   Stay Updated: Keep up to date with the latest trends and advancements in test automation, Pega development, and React development.
-   Innovation: Introduce new testing methodologies and tools that can improve efficiency, accuracy, and coverage.

-   Component Testing: Write automated tests for React components, ensuring they render correctly, and handle user interactions as expected.
-   UI/UX Testing: Validate that the user interface and user experience meet the design specifications and provide a seamless experience across different devices and browsers.

8. DevOps and CI/CD Integration
-   CI/CD Pipelines: Integrate automated tests into continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines to ensure tests are run automatically with each build and deployment. Should aware of branching strategy and best practices.
-   Monitoring and Maintenance: Monitor the test automation infrastructure and scripts, ensuring they are up-to-date and functioning correctly within the CI/CD pipeline.

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
