**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Fleet Coordination**: Monitor and coordinate vehicle movements, ensuring timely dispatch and delivery.
- **Driver Supervision**: Manage drivers, assign duties, track performance, and address operational issues.
- **Route Planning**: Optimize routes for efficiency, fuel cost reduction, and timely deliveries.
- **On-Site Supervision**: Visit loading/unloading points, verify documentation, and resolve any on-ground issues.
- **Compliance & Safety**: Ensure adherence to transport regulations, vehicle maintenance schedules, and safety protocols.
- **Client Coordination**: Communicate with customers for delivery updates, issue resolution, and service feedback.
- **Reporting & Documentation**: Maintain records of trips, fuel usage, driver performance, and any operational challenges.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: bachelor's degree
- **Experience**: 1-3 years in transport/logistics operations or a similar role.
- **Skills**: Strong communication, problem-solving, time management, and negotiation skills.
- **Technical Knowledge**: Basic knowledge of GPS tracking, transport management systems, and MS Office.
- **Other**: Willing to travel extensively, flexible with work hours, and able to handle on-ground challenges efficiently.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
