Manage end-to-end order processing including receiving, verifying, and dispatching orders.
- Coordinate with sales, logistics, and warehouse teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Monitor order lifecycle, resolve discrepancies, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate order records and update internal systems accordingly.
- Supervise, mentor, and lead a team of operations staff and store assistants.
- Assign tasks, monitor performance, and ensure adherence to company policies and operational standards.
- Conduct regular team meetings and training sessions to improve efficiency and skills.
- Foster a positive and results-driven team environment.
- Oversee daily operations of the store including inventory control, stock audits, and space management.
- Ensure proper storage, labeling, and dispatch of goods as per safety and quality standards.
- Maintain cleanliness, orderliness, and operational readiness of the store area.
- Monitor and report on stock levels, reorder requirements, and wastage.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
