**Responsibilities**
- Teach English to 9th to 12th-grade students following the curriculum (CBSE/ICSE/State Board).
- Provide individual attention to students to improve their comprehension and performance.
- Plan and deliver engaging lesson plans tailored to varying learning levels.
- Assess and monitor student progress through assignments, tests, and feedback.
- Maintain a conducive learning environment in and outside the classroom.
- Participate in academic and extracurricular activities as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in English/Literature or related field.
- B.Ed. degree is preferred.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of teaching experience at the 9th to 12th-grade level.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stay on-campus as a residential teacher.
- Passion for teaching and mentoring students.
