**Job Description: Barista and Bar man or women**

Salary Range - 9000 to 13000 as per company standards or pervious experience basis

**Job Summary**:
A Barista is responsible for preparing and serving high-quality coffee and other beverages, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Prepare and Serve Coffee**:

- Accurately prepare a variety of espresso-based drinks (lattes, cappuccinos, macchiatos, etc.)
- Brew coffee using various methods (pour-over, French press, etc.)
- Prepare and serve tea, hot chocolate, and other non-coffee beverages
- Create latte art
- **Customer Service**:

- Greet customers warmly and provide excellent customer service
- Take orders accurately and efficiently
- Answer customer questions about the menu and coffee
- Upsell menu items and recommend beverages
- Resolve customer issues in a professional and timely manner
- **Maintain a Clean and Organized Workspace**:

- Clean and sanitize equipment and work areas
- Stock inventory and supplies
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar

**Qualifications**:

- Passion for coffee and customer service
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Basic math skills
- Food safety certification (preferred)
- Experience with espresso machines (preferred)

**Bar Specialty**

**Job Summary**:
A Bar Specialty is responsible for preparing and serving a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining a clean and organized bar area.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Prepare and Serve Drinks**:

- Mix and prepare cocktails, mixed drinks, and other alcoholic beverages
- Prepare and serve non-alcoholic beverages
- Know and understand the menu and drink recipes
- Be knowledgeable about different types of alcohol and mixers
- Create and recommend cocktails based on customer preferences
- **Customer Service**:

- Greet customers warmly and provide excellent customer service
- Take orders accurately and efficiently
- Answer customer questions about the menu and drinks
- Upsell menu items and recommend drinks
- Resolve customer issues in a professional and timely manner
- **Maintain a Clean and Organized Workspace**:

- Clean and sanitize equipment and work areas
- Stock inventory and supplies
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the bar area

**Qualifications**:

- Passion for the hospitality industry and mixology
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Responsible alcohol service certification (preferred)
