- Qualifications
- Possess a strong background in Python with at least 8 years of experience.
- Demonstrate expertise in software architecture and design principles.
- Have experience in leading and mentoring technical teams.
- Show proficiency in conducting code reviews and maintaining coding standards.
- Exhibit strong collaboration and communication skills.
- Be adept at identifying and mitigating risks in software projects.
