We are hiring for facility supervisor position for residential maintenance.

Position open: Facility Supervisor

Education: Diploma/BE in EEE or must have experience into residential maintenance experience handling 150 to 200 flats.

Skills mandatory required: STP/WTP/DG/UPS/Chillars in detailed knowledge

Should capable to handle the M & E Staff & security cum Housekeeping

Shift: Day shift

Work location: Avalahalli Bangalore-66

- **Maintenance management**Oversee maintenance and repairs, ensuring they are completed on time and accurately. This includes preparing schedules, allocating staff, and coordinating projects.
- **Facility inspection**Regularly inspect the facility to identify issues and determine maintenance needs.
- **Safety and compliance**Ensure the facility is safe and complies with health and safety regulations. This includes leading safety inspections and ensuring the maintenance team follows company policies.
- **Budgeting**Contribute to the maintenance budget and ensure it's followed. This includes recommending overhauls and new equipment purchases.
- **Inventory**Maintain inventory of equipment and materials.
- **Staff management**Recruit, train, and supervise maintenance technicians and mechanics. This includes managing the daily activities of custodial associates.
- **Communication**Communicate with senior management and maintenance staff, sharing policies, procedures, concerns, and needs.
- **Preventive maintenance**Develop and implement preventive maintenance plans for new and existing equipment.
- **Technical assistance**Provide technical assistance to maintenance managers and department directors.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
