1. *Student Engagement:*
- Effectively communicate information about our computer education programs, admission requirements, and career opportunities.

2. *Application Process:*
- Guide applicants through the admission process, ensuring they understand all requirements and deadlines.

3. *Counseling:*
- Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions with prospective students to address queries, concerns, and career aspirations.
- Provide information on available courses, program structure, and educational pathways.

4. *Follow-up:*
- Implement a systematic follow-up process to maintain communication with prospective students and guide them through the decision-making process.
- Track and manage leads through the admissions cycle.

5. *Data Management:*
- Maintain accurate and organized records of prospective student information and interactions using the CRM system.
- Generate regular reports on admission statistics, trends, and conversion rates.

*Skills:*

1. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

2. Customer-centric approach with a commitment to delivering excellent service.

3. Basic knowledge of computer education programs and industry trends.

4. Effective organizational and time-management abilities.

5. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

*Education:*

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

*Experience:*

6 months to 1 year of experience in admission counseling or a related field.
