Security Supervisor

1. Supervise Security Guards: Oversee and direct the activities of security guards deployed across multiple sites, ensuring they adhere to company policies, procedures, and standards.
2. Site Management: Conduct regular site visits to monitor security operations, identify potential security risks, and implement measures to mitigate them.
3. Security Operations: Develop, implement, and review security protocols, procedures, and post orders to ensure effective security coverage.
4. Incident Management: Respond to and manage security incidents, including alarms, breaches, and emergencies, in accordance with company procedures.
5. Training and Development: Provide training, coaching, and guidance to security guards to enhance their skills, knowledge, and performance.
6. Customer Service: Foster positive relationships with clients, customers, and stakeholders, ensuring their security concerns are addressed promptly and professionally.
7. Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies, identifying and mitigating potential security risks.
8. Reporting and Administration: Prepare and submit reports, including incident reports, security logs, and performance metrics, while maintaining accurate records and administrative tasks.

Pay: ₹17,541.71 - ₹25,641.23 per month
