**JOB DESCRIPTION** : Junior Public Relations Officer (PRO) / Jr. Marketing Executive

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement effective public relations and marketing strategies to enhance the hospital's image and reputation in field (all clinics in particular area)

2. Build and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and stakeholders

3. Collaborate with hospital departments to achieve business objectives

4. Develop and manage budgets for marketing and public relations initiatives

5. Organize and coordinate events, such as health fairs, seminars, CME and workshops

**Requirements**:

- Any degree
- 1-2 years of experience in public relations, marketing, or a related field (preferably in a healthcare setting)
- Knowledge of healthcare industry and hospital operations (desirable)

**Salary**:
₹25,000 - ₹30,000 per month
