**Key Responsibilities: -**
- Manage and coordinate all aspects of the logistics operations.
- Monitor order status and address any issues or delays proactively to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with sales, customer service, and warehouse teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Liaise with carriers, freight forwarders, and other logistics partners to optimize routes and reduce costs.
- Track shipments and update customers on the status of their orders.
- Implement changes and best practices to streamline operations and enhance productivity.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries and concerns.
- Communicate with customers regarding order status, delays, and any other relevant information.

**Qualification and Skills: -**
- Master’s or bachelor’s degree in business administration and Commerce, logistics, or a related field (preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to solve problems and make data-driven decisions.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to quality and accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

**Package 18k to 20k (Negotiable)**

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
