Job description

Job Description: Organization is a dynamic service provider offering CA & CS services, including Company Registration, GST Registration, ITR Filing, and more across multiple branches. We are seeking an experienced and knowledgeable individual to join our team as an NBFC Banking Product Manager.

Responsibilities: 1. Knowledge Management: Maintain a comprehensive understanding of Organization services, including legal and financial regulations, banking procedures, NBFC regulations, and compliance processes.

2. Client Coordination: Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs, provide guidance on services offered, and ensure high levels of satisfaction.

3. Team Leadership: Collaborate with branch team leaders to coordinate activities, delegate tasks, and ensure efficient operations across all branches.

4. Strategic Planning: Develop and implement innovative strategies to expand Organization's client base, improve service offerings, and increase revenue generation in the NBFC banking sector.

5. Performance Reporting : Monitor branch performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.

6. Training and Development: Conduct training sessions for branch staff to enhance their knowledge of Organization services and improve client interaction skills in the context of NBFC banking.

7. Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to inform strategic decision-making and maintain Organization competitive edge in the NBFC banking sector.

**Requirements**:
1. MBA qualification preferred, with specialization in Finance, Business Administration, or related field.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
