Minimum 4-5 years of experience in growth hacking/digital marketing as a digital marketing manager.
- Setting up and managing the digital marketing strategies with end to end ownership of user acquisition.
- Working with content team for creation and designing of campaigns.
- Acquire leads and drive website traffic using lead enrichment and lead capture tools.
- Keep pace with industry trends in digital marketing, new channels and other developments (search engines\PPC trends\social channels etc.)
- Monitor and evaluate the web analytics dashboard and find the prospective areas of improvement/importance
- Work on app store optimization and tracking
- Optimize social media handles of the company to increase engagement

**Desired skills and requirements**:

- Should have worked on Ads manager(Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat)
- Should have experience of Google Ad words, Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and SEM
- Experience in analysing data from various sources like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Facebook Insights and Google Search Console.
- Designing tools and Graphic tools knowledge is an added advantage
