Scheduling staff shifts and ensuring that everyone has enough time off between shifts
- Monitoring patient condition, vital signs, and other lab results to ensure that patients continue to receive proper treatment
- Communicating with physicians about patients’ conditions and any changes in their treatments or medications
- Coordinating with other staff members to ensure that all patients receive proper care and attention
- Working with social workers or counselors to develop treatment plans for patients who are going to be discharged from the hospital
- Providing emotional support to patients and their families during difficult times such as deaths or births
- Assigning tasks to nursing staff members based on their level of experience or education
- Performing daily rounds to check on patients and document any changes in their conditions
- Supervising nursing staff to ensure that they perform their duties effectively and efficiently

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
